1408- first written mention about the purchasing of the building by shoemaker Veseslav.
1431- Zikmund Kramarse became the new owner written in the real estate register
1503- the house was burned down during the big conflagration on Mala Strana
1521- the house was sold for 230 Meiseen groschen (kop misenskych) to an apothecary Jan
1571- the house was sold to Jirik Smid and his wife for 450 Meiseen groschen (kop míšenských)
1579- Mates Czymmerman and his wife Dorota bought the house for 750 Meiseen groschen
1585- Mr. Inderfeld and his wife Dorota bought the house for 800 Meiseen groschen and invested in its significant reconstruction
1610- the widowed Dorota sold the house to the neighbor Pahmer for 3,000 Meiseen groschen
1627- Jakub Czelinger bought the house from Mr. Pahmer's son for 2,600 Meiseen groschen
1664- Mates Poysat bought the house from Katerina Zelingova
1685- Everhard fro Glauchov bought the house in auction for 3,300 Meiseen groschen. It was Everhard who accomplished to join the houses - the House at the Golden Eagle and the House at the Three Lambs
1726- a member of the Glauch family inherited the house worth 9,100 Angel-nobles.
1736- the house was sold to the an apothecary Kunibert Wolf, who owned also a pharmacy called „At the Golden Eagle" in another part of Mala Strana
1782- the Froster family inherited the house
1792- Josef a Františka Ebenberger bought the house for 13,500 Angels-nobles and their family owned the house until half of the 19th century
